Whitesburg Downtown Retail Association

Our Mission

The Downtown Retail Association (DTR) is a coalition of business owners who are committed to improving Whitesburg and Letcher County through collective action. By organizing community events, addressing community needs, and partnering on collaborative development projects, the DTR has been investing in Letcher County's community and economic development since 2016.

The Association grew out of the Culture Hub, and is open to all local business owners in downtown Whitesburg.
